Welcome to WWW Wednesday! This meme was formerly hosted by MizB at A Daily Rhythm and revived on Taking on a World of Words. Just answer the three questions below and leave a link to your post in the comments for others to look at. No blog? No problem! Just leave a comment with your responses. Please take some time to visit the other participants and see what others are reading. So, let’s get to it!
I made customizations and included video games, movies, and TV in an EXTENDED version. Happy read!

Let’s get started with this week’s WWW Wednesday!
What are you currently reading – watching, playing?
What did you recently finish reading – watching, playing?
What do you think you’ll read – watch, play – next?
WWW Wednesday – I’m currently reading Heat of The Everflame by Penn Cole
In reading, I recently started Heat of the Everflame (The Kindred’s Curse #3) by Penn Cole.
Heat of the Everflame by Penn Cole – book 3 of the Kindred’s Curse Saga! I had to wait since the release to get it, but finally, I have it! And as I started, I enjoyed it so far!
I recently started a re-watch of Beyond Belief: Fact or Fiction.
I started a final re-watch of all the Beyond Belief: Fact or Fiction episodes. The show is at least as old as mine, but I’d always watch it on free TV. The con is that they cut it. And I want to see those episodes finally in original.
For my current game, I went back to Have a Nice Death.
Have a nice Death – I started it a while ago and decided to return to it only recently. It’s so much fun, and I love the character.
WWW Wednesday – My last reads
In reading, I recently finished King of Battle and Blood by Scarlett St. Clair and The Serpent & The Wings of Night by Carissa Broadbent.
Isolde de Lara considers her wedding day her death day. To end a years-long war, she is to marry vampire king, Adrian Aleksandr Vasiliev, and kill him.

But her assassination attempt is thwarted and Adrian threatens that if Isolde tries to kill him again, he will raise her as the undead. Faced with the possibility of becoming the thing she hates most, Isolde seeks other ways to defy him and survive the brutal vampire court.
I enjoyed The Kind of Battle and Blood a lot, to my own surprise. It’s with vampires, and I usually avoid them for some reason. The review will come soon.
I’d love to go for book #2, but I don’t enjoy dual POV as much as singular POV. I have no idea why Adrian’s POV is needed in the first place.
The adopted human daughter of the Nightborn vampire king, Oraya carved her place in a world designed to kill her. Her only chance to become something more than prey is entering the Kejari: a legendary tournament held by the goddess of death herself.

But winning won’t be easy amongst the most vicious warriors from all three vampire houses. To survive, Oraya is forced to make an alliance with a mysterious rival.
The Serpent and The Wings of Nights was also a read I enjoyed a lot. Sadly, book #2 is in Dual POV, which I most likely won’t go with. As I don’t see it as needed. For me, a singular POV was perfectly fine.
WWW Wednesday – What do you think you’ll read next?
That’s not decided yet. There are just too many on my lists that I have to sort through and decide first.
But at some point, I will get back to Darksiders Warmasters. Until then, I’ll go with some smaller titles.
For the next book, there are just too many I’m interested in, or no book on my TBR is interesting enough.
For my next watch, I will consider finishing The Wheel of Time
Most likely, I will finish The Wheel of Time and another show I started. Right after Beyond Belief. A movie I can think of watching next might be Five Nights at Freddy’s.
I’ve not seen any of these but the covers are stunning! Hope you have a great reading week
Thank you for sharing your thoughts, Janette!
Wish you a great reading week as well! 🙂
