Friday–Sunday Readathon: Three Days, Infinite Stories New

Hi readers! Welcome to my Three Days, Infinite Stories weekend readathon—Friday 3rd through Sunday 5th. My goal is to take some time to read (and maybe catch up for the 2026 challenge on Goodreads), since I know how busy everyday-life can get.
This weekend readathon is a perfect opportunity to dive into new stories!
First of all, I got some questions I answered myself and added at the end of the post to answer yourself, if you want!

What fine part of the world are you reading from today?

I’m located in central Europe (CEST/GMT+2), basically, so I’m basically +6hrs ahead of US time, depending on the time zone.

Which book in your stack are you most looking forward to?

I’m really looking forward to this readathon and enjoying the time spent reading.

Sea Spinner, I think. I plan to read it right after I finish Fury Bound. Which is my current read/ was my last read.
Both are sequels, so I can’t really talk about them without spoilering too much.

Which snacks or drinks are you most looking forward to?

Usually, I go with water, especially in this heat. Otherwise, I might go with herb tea.
Participating in this readathon means a lot to me!
This weekend’s readathon will be an engaging experience for all!
During this readathon, I hope to finish several books and enjoy the process!

If this is your first read-a-thon, what are you most excited about?

It’s my first, I basically host myself. I only participated once, ages ago.
I’m excited to take the evening off and just read and chat about my current read!

Let’s make the most of this readathon together!

#### Books I’m reading

Mini challenges during this readathon will enhance my experience.

I’ll be sharing my progress throughout the readathon!

– Fury Bound — goal: at least one chapter, as it feels draggy atm
– Sea Spinner — goal: At least 5 chapters

Join me in the excitement of this readathon as we tackle our reading goals!

#### My plan (Fri–Sun)

– Friday: warm-up + set up momentum
– Saturday: focus blocks + mini challenges
– Sunday: wrap-up + blog-ready recap

#### Mini challenges I’m attempting

This weekend I’m doing at least 3 of the challenges:
Speed Summary: 100 words of what you read
Worldbuilding Map: list 3 setting rules
Character Spotlight: 3-sentence character sketch (flaws included)

#### Bingo card status (live)

For the event I created a bingo, as I thought it’d be fun. I’ll be marking cells as I go—drop your TBR/Bingo in the comments!
I’ll add the link to the images at the end!

## Mini challenges (weekend-wide)

If you want to, go ahead and pick any you’d like. Alternatively, I got the bingo as well.
Quote Loot: find 1–3 lines worth re-reading
Character Spotlight: 3-sentence character sketch (flaws included)
Theme Tracker: 1 theme + 1 scene
Predictions Only: predict before a chapter ends, then verify
Favorite Scene Rewind: re-read a small section and explain why it works
Speed Summary: 100 words of what you read
Tension Test: rate 1–10 + 1-sentence justification
Worldbuilding Map: list 3 setting rules
Dialogue Swap: rewrite a short exchange in a different tone

For the bingo (IG post and story ready) and blog header, you can find them all here. The original images, as well as tinified versions and converted (.webp) versions.

I even got the bingo translated into German! Please don’t hesitate to notify me, if anything sounds odd, I lazily translated it.
And with that being said – lets go!
