How long does it take you EXTENDED – The Book Blogger Hop was originally created by Jennifer @ Crazy-For-Books in March 2010 and ended on December 31, 2012. With Jennifer’s permission, Billy @ Ramblings Of A Coffee Addicted Writer relaunched the hop on February 15, 2013.
Each week, the hop will start on a Friday and end the following Thursday. There will be a weekly prompt featuring a book-related question. The hop’s purpose is to give bloggers a chance to follow other blogs, learn about new books, befriend other bloggers, and receive new followers to their own blogs.
15th – 21st: How long does it usually take you to finish a book?

Let’s start the Book Blogger Hop – How long does it take you
How much time do I usually need?
Reading Time
It usually depends on how much time and focus I put into finishing that book, and how long that book is. Like, if the book gets me, I could read through it for some hours for some days. Which might even take me one day or two, if I don’t have much to do/ the book keeps me going. But that depends on things like the writing style, the story, likable characters, and if it gives what I’m looking for in a good book.
In most cases, it takes me one day, 3 days at the most, when I’m constantly on it.
Playing Time
As with reading, it also depends on my time and how long the said game is. Smaller puzzle games aren’t as time-intensive as the bigger ones like Elden Ring.
Whenever I get to it, I try to vary with those, some times I go with shorter ones because I know I wouldn’t have much time to play. On other days, I can focus on a AAA title.
It also depends on whether I calculated my time correctly and didn’t get distracted, how the story is, and how much the hype gets to me.
In a usual manner, a smaller puzzle game can take me a day or maybe 3. A cozy game like Stardew Valley can take a bit longer because I got into the hype and could always go back to this game
Watching Time
Most of the time, when I watch a movie, I do it in one session. Only when I get distracted, do I finish it in a second. It hardly matters how long the movie is; I usually even finish The Hobbit or Avengers movies in one run.
For shows, however, it depends on the length of the episodes and how much the episodes take me with them. There are times when I can watch a lot on one day, or I just go with one a day when they’re like an hour long, like Game of Thrones episodes.
Of course, it’s also on the storyline and how much filler those episodes the show has and so on. In a usual manner, I don’t even mind watching stuff and doing something else at the same time
